Iona is our gorgeous 18ct yellow gold emerald and diamond vintage trilogy ring. A timeless design with a central emerald partnered by two sparkling diamonds. Professionally inspected, cleaned and polished. Her beautiful 0.40ct oval emerald centre gemstone is held by elegant and secure claws. Two bright sparkling diamonds at 0.30ct in total weight completes this classic style.
