Betty is a beautiful 18ct white gold diamond and sapphire flower ring. A deep blue sapphire gemstone is surrounded by sparkling round brilliant cut diamonds which are set in a flower cluster surround. Polished tapered shoulders also accentuate the gemstones, blending into the solid 18ct white gold band. Betty is in superb polished condition.
